On 28 January the European Union must choose whether it wants to sign the Stablity and Association Agreement with Serbia, or if EU, under American pressure will bring at that time the decision for sending the civilian mission to Kosovo, to begin the implementation of the “rejected” Ahtisaari plan for supervised independence of Kosovo, respectively for “seizing of Serbia’s territory,” Serb premier, Vojislav Kostunica, stated today.

If the EU would take the illegal decision of sending her mission, with this act automatically will be annulled the agreed arrangement of EU with Serbia, stated Kostunica for the Serb media.

“So, we have gotten to the point where the EU must choose whether it wants the whole and internationally recognized state of Serbia for her part, or whether it wants to create a quasi-state on Serbia’s territory,” concluded Kostunica.
