Kosovo Supreme Court decides on the privatization of land

Kosovo Supreme Court

The Kosovo Supreme Court has decided on the property dispute between Kosovo Privatization Agency and the Municipality od Dragash about the privatization of 22.000 hectares of land.

The dispute between the municipality of Dragash, the Kosovo Trust Agency (KTA) and the “Socially Owned Enterprise” (SOE) Sharrprodhimi had been ongoing for over two years. It was finally solved with the court decision to privatize the 22.000 hectares of Sharrprodhimi land, located in the south-western region of Kosovo.

The land offers excellent opportunities in tourism.
