Competition for the national anthem
The Assembly of Kosovo will announce on Monday the competition for the national anthem. The Assembly Presidency made this decision after a request from President Fatmir Sejdiu and Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi. The paper notes that due to the multiethnic nature of the new state, it is believed that the new anthem could be without text, just like the anthem of the European Union.
