Recognition coming very soon
The paper writes that Croatia is expected to recognize Kosovo along with Bulgaria and Hungary on Wednesday.
Croatian government has not confirmed the report, but a Western diplomat in Zagred has told AFP that he "has the same information."

The recognition of Kosova from Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia and other countries in the region will be not only a precious contribution to peace and legitimity of Kosovo, but also a precious contribution to Serbia especially the moderate and EU oriented political forces. This will be a signal that belonging to EU family and its values is much more important that any nationalistic and mythological claim. Serbia was, is and will be in Europe. Serbs are proud as everybody in the region and they can not afford that other neighbour will join the EU before them. Croatia? Montenegro? Even Bosnia&Herzegovina etc. etc. |
