Kosovo constitution to be signed today
Kosovo's leaders are to sign the country's constitution today in Prishtina. Attending the ceremony will be President Sejdiu, PM Thaci, Speaker Krasniqi, members of the parliament as well as city mayors.

The signing ceremony will also be attended by representatives of diplomatic and international missions in Kosovo.

The act of signing of the constitution follows a number of steps taken in the past months, including the public debate on the constitutional draft and the recent certification by the International Civil Representative Peter Feith on April 2.

The country's new constitution will come into effect on June 15 of this year.
