Over 60 percent of votes from the countries that have accepted Kosovo's independence have already been secured, he went on to say. Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic, stated a few days ago that Serbia is trying to block Kosovo's entry in the two international financial bodies.
