Rücker: Serbia should not cross the red line PDF Print E-mail

UNMIK chief Joachim Rücker
Joachim Rücker, UN Chief Administrator in Kosovo told the media in Belgrade that Serbia should not hold elections in Kosovo, because that would be a violation of resolution 1244.

"We have had consultations with the Contact Group, and we have New York's support. I believe there is a general consensus in the international arena that Serbia should not cross this red line", said Rücker, adding that "for UNMIK, parliamentary elections are not a problem, but they will neither be assisted nor prevented".

He also said that partition of Kosovo is unacceptable. "According to resolution 1244 we are obliged to fight for a democratic and multiethnic Kosovo".

The Belgrade gov't has decided to breach UNMIK's integrity by organizing local elections in the State of Kosovo. The gov't took the decision a few hours after UNMIK chief reminded Belgrade through a letter that holding of local elections in Kosovo implies violation of resolution 1244. /newkosovareport.com/

"Talk about complete and utter hypocrisy!
How can they possible use resolution 1244 as a defense?
The declaration of independence by the albanians is the ultimate violation of resolution 1244! "

United Nations are a failed body, and Kosovo seems to be the only country where the UN achieved something...
I am sure that if the UN existed in 1776, and Russia would be part of it- it would surely reject the Declaration of Independence by the United States.
For those who do not know- Independence wasn't ever declared bilaterally!
If someone has an example, please come forward.
Serbia has exercized its control over Kosovo by means of violence and reppresion, and declaration was nothing else then the will of the people of Kosovo. I hope that over there, in your countries, people's will still counts.

I would like just to congratulate the new nation and wish a lot of success in the future!

Kosovo Goran community to make first participation in Serbian elections!
The Muslim Slav Goran community in Kosovo will make its first independent participation in the Serbian elections on May 11, on the occasion of parliamentary and local vote in the province.

In 1946 the then Kosovo Albanian government headed by Fadil Hoxha forcibly assimilated Goran names and family names.

The 20,000- strong Goran community leaves primarily and homogenously in southwestern Kosovo, near the borders with Albania and Macedonia.

The Vatican is opposed to Kosovo's secession and has called for caution on the issue.

Thank you Vatican!

The Slavic Socialism of Serbia during 90 ties, has killed hundred of thousands and forcefully deported millions of Croatian, Bosnian and Kosovar innocent civilians. Those Terrorist acts and Monstrous Crimes were committed not only by the Serbian Army but also by Armed Serbian Population (paramilitary Serbian Groups) to.
http://www.gendercide.org/case_kosovo.html
"Many others in the Mafia-ridden Serb regime played a crucial role in planning and perpetrating the atrocies in Kosovo. Down to the operational level, Yugoslav military commanders stood by as the notorious paramilitary forces, who had done most of the gendercidial dirty work in Bosnia and Croatia, were sent in to "cleanse" and destroy Kosovar Communities"
After Liberation of Kosova by NATO troops, those Serbian Terrorist and Criminals fled and found shelter somewhere in the core of Serbia, and now, they like bloodthirsty hyenas are getting in and out at the north of Mitrovica.
Masked Serbian Paramilitaries in civilian clothes attacked KFOR and UNMIK troops with Military RGN OFFENSIVE HAND GRENADES and small firearms, killing one and wounding many others. The UN forces were ordered not to return fire.
http://www.globalsecurity.org/...0/appd.htm
Their strategy is to inflict damages and demoralize Law Enforcement Troops, killing and wounding UNMIK and KFOR forces.
The Terrorist State of Serbia has changed their identities and only DNA test will prove they are aliens and not Kosovar Serbian.
The Mafia-ridden Serb regime and their Terrorist State, has to be held accountable and responsible for all of theirs actions. They have to pay for more than 10000 killed Kosovars and 450000 homes, destroyed in Kosova by them. It is time to freeze their Bank Accounts.
Is going to take more than 100 years for EU to change this monster from a beast to humanoid.
