The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has allocated one million euro to begin the establishment of its Foreign Ministry – and has requested the nominee for the foreign ministry, Skender Hyseni to develop the diplomatic strategy. The decision to allocate the aforementioned sum was taken on Thursday in the regular government meeting, the first after the return of the Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci from New York.

| I Think Veton Surrioi , Naser Rugova , or Albatros Rexhaj should be Kosovo's FM. | |

| I wonder if the fund for the Foreign Ministry includes funds for establishing foreign missions and embassies. At this point of the early development stages of the new country, I think a stronger emphasis should be placed on the foreign ministry, building stronger relations abroad, gaining greater international recognition, and forming greater bilateral ties with nations. | |
