US President George W. Bush has sent a report to the American Congress to inform them about the new level of cooperation between the American army and the new international civilian presence in Kosovo, after the Constitution enters to force.

“KFOR actually coordinates and supports UNMIK with its means and its capacity, and depending on NATO’s decision, it can offer this cooperation also to EULEX,” wrote Bush in his letter.

In addition, the cooperation between UNMIK Police, EULEX, KPS and the Kosovo Government will be regulated through the new Constitution of Kosovo that will enter into force.

“I authorized the participation of all US armed forces in these operations, based on my authority to lead US foreign politics,” says President Bush in his letter.
