Some Kosovo students to receive free textbooks Around 200,000 elementary education students will receive free textbooks this school year.
 
Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has decided to pay textbooks for elementary school students of grades 1-5. Students will receive the textbooks on the day their school starts.
 
Minister of Education Enver Hoxhaj said that the goal of this initiative is not only to help Kosovar families, but also involve more students in the primary education.
