Kosovo Minister of Trade and Industry, Lutfi Zharku, is visiting Austria, where he is participating at the European Forum Alpbach. Alpbach, similar to Davos, is an annual meeting of European and world leaders gathering to find multidisciplinary solutions to world’s problems.

Zharku will discuss Kosovo’s economic developments after independence.

During the visit, Zharku met with Erhard Busek, Special Coordinator of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe and Forum Alpbach Chairman, as well as with the President of the Organization of Australian Industrialists, Veit Sorger. Busek and Sorger promised to work with foreign investors to invest in Kosovo's economy.

During his visit Zharku will also meet the Austrian minister for economy Martin Bartenstein as well as representatives of different Austrian companies.
