Ambassador: EU and NATO to do everything to admit Kosovo PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 01 October 2008

ImageEuropean Union and NATO should use all instruments to admit independent Kosovo and Serbia, declared in Brussels American Ambassador to the North Atlantic alliance, Curt Walker.

American ambassador stated that NATO should remain an alliance, members of which share common values and can distinguish what is legitimate and what is not.

"In this context, the change of borders through violence in Europe is absolutely unacceptable," said Walker at the meeting held on Monday on the future of NATO alliance.

"EU and NATO should use all instruments in their possession to admit as member independent Kosovo, but also Serbia," said Walker.
