Kosovo boxing representation has scored five medals at the international tournament "Aco Stankovic" held in Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Participating in this competition along with those from Kosovo were boxers from Qatar, Kuwait, Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Cyprus and Croatia. The tournament was held under the auspices of the European Boxing Federation.

 

Kosovar boxer Rasim Shabani (64 kg) won gold medal and the title best boxer of the tournament. Shabani won the final match against Bosnian boxer Demajl Fetahovic by knock out. Jeton Plakaj (81 kg) won the silver medal after losing to the German Gotlieb Wise. Bronze medals won Bekim Demaku (57 kg), Milot Shabani (69 kg) and Bekim Goci (91 kg).
