The United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Stuart Jones said that "the six-point plan is not a precondition for EULEX deployment in Kosovo,  in which should be fully operational in December," adding that "EULEX does neither need  UN approval for its deployment nor has anything to do with the six-point plan."

Jones said that "there is no disagreement about EULEX deployment, but it is about the six-point plan, which the United States respects and fully supports the positions of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo."

The Republic of Kosovo has rejected this plan, emphasizing it that it violates its Constitution as the only guarantor of the sovereignty and integrity of the state of Kosovo.

Deputy Assistant Secretary Jones said that "the deployment of EULEX in the entire territory of Kosovo is very important"

Jones also spoke about the International Justice Court in regards to Kosovo stressing "It is not important or even worth mentioning what decision ICJ will make, because the sovereignty of Kosovo is irreversible. Kosovo is a sovereign and independent state."

It is very important for the world to SE what kind of human SERBS are.
Even after killing and massacring more then 1.500.000 people in EX-YUGOSLAVIA they still try to spread their politics
as if they are doing the human kind a favor.
But the ONE thing that gets me the most is WHY is their country's that are trying to help them START ANOTHER WAR.
WE THE PEOPLE DONT WANT WAR WE WANT WHAT WE ALWAYS WANTED OUR COUNTRY AND PEACE WITH OUR NEIGHBOURS NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS.
GOD BLEES ALBANIANS AND USA AND EVERYBODY ELSE WHO LOVES AND RESPECTS PEACE.
