Catholic Church in Gjakova

"There is mutual understanding in the religious scene of Kosovo, especially between Muslims and Catholics, who are united because they are Albanian," Monsignor Malý told in Prague the journalisms upon his return from the trip to Kosovo.

Monsignor Malý noted that coexistence with the Serb Orthodox Church was not easy, because its leaders unfortunately have played the nationalistic card.

"The Catholic Church has a good name in Kosovo and has developed its charity network," said Bishop Monsignor Malý and concluded that he would like to see Czech catholic charities in Kosovo.

From Washington DC, I am looking for a catholic contact in Kosovo perhaps some sisters that can assist some residents of Kosovo apply for their visa's to gain the ability to leave Kosovo to visit the United STates. I have legal guardianship over a young man from Kosovo that was injured in a car wreck and left with a brain injury. He want so badly to see his family. They just don'e understand the process, I speak no Albanian and thus it is very difficult to talk back and forth. Any help or any suggestion can make would be most appreciated.
