Albania PM arrives in Kosovo

"I arrived in Kosovo, in Prishtina, in a place where I want to stay everyday," said Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha, upon arrivalat the Prishtina International Airport.

Premier Berisha was received by Kosovo Deputy PM Rame Manaj and Deputy PM Hajredin Kuqi, as well as cabinet ministers.

This is the first visit of Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha, after Kosovo's declaration of independence.

During two days of his stay in Kosovo, Berisha will have a series of meetings with institutional leaders. And is expected to sign several bilateral agreements between the two countries.

Premier Berisha will give a speech in the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo and President Sejdiu will award the Albanian prime minister with Kosovo Golden Medal of Freedom.
