The Republic of Kosovo Parliament ratified the agreement on demarcation of the border between Kosovo and Macedonia on the 2nd voting round today at 1400 Central European Time, which was adopted last night by the governments in Prishtina and Skopje.

Its ratification failed in the first ballot, as the Parliament failed to muster two-thirds majority of deputies needed to ratify international agreements.

In the new session, held after the first vote, the agreement was approved, paving the way for  the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

If they own that land, the land belongs to them, and should be returned to Kosova. The only solution is the recognition of the existing borderline before 2001.
