Deputy Chairman of the Serb National
Council in the Republic of Kosovo, Rada Trajkovic, has accused Serbia
of the bad situation of the Kosovar Serb minority living in Kosovo.
"When it comes to improving the living conditions of Serbs in Kosovo, Serbia's action is deeply irresponsible and disingenuous," said Trajkovic.
In an interview with Voice of America, she said that the existence of Serb minority in Kosovo currently depends on whether Kosovars of Serb ethnicity will accept the new municipalities, which were formed during the process of decentralization.
"If you do not participate in decentralization which offered us [Kosovar Serbs] as new municipalities where we will have power with the dominant majority, really do not see how could we survive."

Meanwhile, over 20 Kosovar Serb political parties
are expected to participate in the local elections scheduled for
November 15 in the Republic of Kosovo. Several of the families of the
political groups have been receiving threatens and blackmails ordered
from illegal parallel structures that Serbia finances and supports.
