Montenegro to establish diplomatic relations with Kosovo

Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, Svetozar Marovic has confirmed for the daily newspaper Dan in Podgorica  that the Republic of Montenegro will establish diplomatic relations with the Republic of Kosovo, which according to him this is only a matter of time.

"Montenegro has recognized Kosovo's independence, so the issue of establishing diplomatic relations with the country is only a matter of time", is said Marovic.
 
Meanwhile, in connection with the demarcation of the border, Marovic said that "Montenegro has no territorial claims against its neighbor and remains committed to the end that all issues, if any, are resolved by agreement, starting from obligations to preserve the territorial integrity and the integrity of Montenegro as a state, "he said.
