The Kosovar Company DardaPhone, established by the Corporation Devolli and the US-based C-Com Group has started to offer new services in the Kosovar market in the field of virtual mobile telecommunication. The new company operates within the network of public operator Vala.

The name of this new service is Z-Mobile.

Z-Mobile manager, Milot Gjikolli said that their aims are to provide satisfactory products to Kosovar customers, with modern equipment from Nokia-Siemens.

Gjikolli said that the prices will be similar to those of Vala, eventually slightly lower. He said that Z-Mobile wants to be a strong partner of Vala and a serious competitor to private mobile operator IPKO.

"The specialty of this new mobile service will be to provide services that customers and the market mostly needs", said Gjikolli.

Kosovo has currently two mobile operators, the public operator Vala and the private operator IPKO.
