Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, Bernard Kouchner, said today in a solemn session of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, that Kosovo and Serbia one day will find their way towards the European Union as two independent countries, so the good neighborly relations between these two states is prerequisite for this path.

"Independence is not your question. This is a movement of history. Nothing and no one can prevent the movement of history. One day Kosovo and Serbia will be found in their path towards the European Union as two independent countries," said Kouchner.

"It will be an illusion to think that one can move to Europe by blocking its neighbor. Europeans do not accept this. "said Kouchner, in a solemn session of the Parliament of Kosovo.

He said that judicial reforms should continue, and urged citizens to have faith in the justice of their state.

"Administration officials and should be independent of politics. Now need to create a climate of trust that citizens return to faith. You have to fight corruption, transparency should be extended and implemented privatization of rights guaranteeing workers and investors, "Kouchner added in his speech before members of the Assembly of Kosovo.
