United Arab Emirates Ambassador presents credentials to Kosovo President

The ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Kosovo, Khalid Khalifa A. Rashed Al-Mualla, resident in Turkey, presented credentials to the the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Fatmir Sejdiu.

President Sejdiu praised the high importance of recognizing the Republic of Kosovo as an independent and sovereign state from the United Arab Emirates, as well as the continued support this country is making to ensure the recognition, especially from countries of the Islamic Conference.

"On behalf of the citizens and institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, we express our gratitude for the continuous support we had from the UAE, which is very significant for us," said President Sejdiu.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Khalid Khalifa A. Rashed Al Mulla also committed to engage further to continue the cooperation with institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. He expressed the commitment of the United Arab Emirates to support Kosovo in the future, promoting the business of the UAE to extend their activities in Kosovo and to help revive its economy of our country.

Also, the meeting also discussed possibilities for deepening cooperation of both countries in education, science and culture as both agreed there is the opportunity to become more work in these areas.
