In the last three years, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) was the noisiest of all opposition parties to criticize the PDK-LDK government coalition. However, in the following mandate, Ramush Haradinaj's party wants to co-govern precisely with these two political entities.
The news was announced for "Koha Ditore" by AAK's first deputy, Blerim Shala. He said that he has the support of decision-making forums inside AAK to promote the idea of a PDK-LDK-AAK coalition.
Shala said to have mentioned this proposal at various embassies in Kosovo, while the proposal for this governing formula is expected to be introduced to representatives of political parties immediately after the election results are certified on 12 December. According to him, such a government would stabilize the country and would be able to take key decisions about capital issues which await Kosovo.
He is against a government formed without broad support in the Assembly, which Thaci intends to do. Shala also refuses the idea of a caretaker government composed of all political parties, which LDK's Isa Mustafa wants.
According Shala, the legitimacy of institutions that will emerge from the elections will be hurt because of large manipulations with the vote. He blames all parties for this, even his own party./koha ditore/
