Chairwoman of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia, Sonja Biserko, said that Belgrade’s policy for “both Kosovo and EU” is not possible.

She dismissed some Belgrade-based politicians’ claims that the issue of Kosovo is subject to blackmailing in Serbia’s path towards the European Union.

Biserko estimated that Kosovo and Serbia have equal conditions in their way towards the Union, and this is good, mutual cooperation, and the resolution of all territorial disputes.

She also said that Serbia is wrong in attempting to pursue both Kosovo and EU policies. /qik/
