Hajredin Kuci

Vice President of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Hajredin Kuci, has claimed that PDK, immediately after the mandates are certified, will send offers to other political entities paving the way for building a coalition.

The goal, according to him is that to convene the Assembly within two weeks after mandates are certified, so that it can vote on the new government.

In an interview for the daily ‘Lajm’, Kuci said that PDK has no red lines and does not refuse any political party or individual.

“PDK, in the interest of the country and the citizens accepts all cooperation possibilities with all political parties. Of course, we will make our offer to those have a similar program, so that they can join PDK’s development policies”, he said.

Speaking about the preference that the international community has expressed to have a female president this time, Kuci said that the logic of equality does exist in Kosovo. According to him, the country needs a president with a political, moral and national authority, regardless of gender.

PDK’s deputy said that the flow of events will develop in such a way as to convene the Assembly first, then the government, and finally elect the president. /lajm & kohaditore/
