Australia to assist Kosovo
Australian Ambassador to Vienna, Peter Shannon, after the meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, said that Australia is working on a project for establishing strong economic ties with the Republic of Kosovo and added that this will encourage Australian companies to invest in Kosovo. Ambassador Shannon also expressed interest in having the two countries cooperate in the education field.

New power plant in Kosovo
Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy of the Republic of Albania, Genc Ruli, confirmed yesterday in Prishtina that Albania is considering building a new power plant in Kosovo with a capacity of 300-400 MW.
