Montenegrin Prime Minister, Milo Dukanovic, responding to the Bosnian daily “Dnevni Avaz” question why Montenegro has not recognized Kosovo, stated that Montenegro will take care of its national interests, whereas his political opponents were following foreign interests on this matter, alluding to the Serb parties in opposition in Montenegro.

His country, Dukanovic added, will consider all the circumstances and the need to safeguard internal stability, but it will also coordinate its foreign policy with the EU and NATO.

Agim Çeku
Former Kosovo Prime Minister, Agim Çeku, has formally taken over leadership of the Social Democratic Party of Kosovo (PSDK) which has so far been led by Kaqusha Jashari.

On the occasion, Çeku said PSDK will be a party that will work on the building of the new state of Kosovo with a focus on development of Kosovo society and integration into Euro-Atlantic structures.

Çeku admitted that PSDK has a similar programme to ORA and did not rule out the possible merging of the two parties in the future.
