Prime Minister Hashim Thaci Kosovo together with UNMIK and KFOR has its "prevention plan" for status, which guarantees full sovereignty after the declaration of independence, said Thaçi yesterday after the trilateral meeting with UNMIK Chief Joachim Rücker and COMKFOR, Xavier De Marnhac. Serb enclaves are run by parallel structures UNMIK has received permission from five of the six members of the Contact Group to take measures against Serb parallel structures in Kosovo, but not before the presidential elections in Serbia are finished, according to sources in Pristina.
