			<description>I feel that this is just another promise that the two governments cannot keep simply because there are many implications for such an agreement. The first and foremost being that each country must be able to supply itself with power be it over just the winter or just the summer, before attempting to make such a pakt, and it is clear that neither can at this point in time. The other point is that instead of investing such a huge amount of money on roads, perhaps an alternative would be to invest on the railway systems between the two countries. This would cost more at first, however it would be a more sound investment that, in the long run, would prove wiser. - butrint, london</description>
