Totally illegal. It is a breach of UN resolution 1244 and the Helsinki Final Act. All these basic documents absolutely guarantee Serbia's sovereignty and territorial integrity in its current, internationally recognized borders It does not matter what you do. It does not matter what you say or declare. It does not matter how many countries recognize you (even thou 162 do not!)
