The RKT source you have used has been taken off their site. This is not true, Sierra Leone has not recognised Kosovo. I got in contact with their High Commission in London and they said that they are still reviewing the situation. Also they said they have not got a clue why Kosovo media is saying that Sierra Leone has recognised Kosovo, because they haven't.
